1. Transfer for family unit reunification<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first scenario established by law (Art. 2, Law 470\/1988) concerns transfers based on the presence of members of your family unit registered in the AIRE or the Registry of the Resident Population (APR) of the destination Municipality. It is important to emphasize that the concept of “family unit” in this context is very specific and restrictive, following the social security criteria as provided by law (D.L. 69\/1988).
