The document can be requested by anyone who knows the identifying details of the certificate holder.
The AIRE Residence Certificate may be requested by anyone meeting the following requirements:
The AIRE Residence Certificate can usually be requested in any Municipality if, at the time of the request, the personal record (scheda anagrafica) of the certificate holder is registered in the ANPR (National Register of the Resident Population) and provided the certificate holder has not been cancelled from the register.
Below, we list the main methods that allow you to request the AIRE Residence Certificate in this Municipality. Applications may be submitted to the competent office in person or, if this option is available, online.

Some request methods allow you to obtain a digital copy of the AIRE Residence Certificate. If you need to send it to a Foreign Country, this may not be sufficient as the document might need to be legalized or apostilled. In cases where legalization or apostille of the document is required, you must request a paper copy of the document signed with the handwritten signature of a municipal official whose signature is registered at the territorially competent Prefecture.
– Through the National Register of the Resident Population (ANPR) Website
You can download various types of registry certificates, including the AIRE Residence Certificate, online, for yourself or for a member of your registered family unit (famiglia anagrafica), by accessing the National Register of the Resident Population.
Accessing the ANPR portal requires one of the following digital identity methods:
– Through the Competent Office’s Digital Communication Channels (email and/or Certified Electronic Mail – PEC)
The competent office may also issue the document through its digital communication channels (email and/or Certified Electronic Mail – PEC).
In this case, you must send a request to the office using one of the available channels. In your request, you must state that you are requesting an AIRE Residence Certificate and include the certificate holder’s details. You must also attach a copy of your identity document.
To verify which digital communication channels are actually available, you may consult the Municipality’s institutional website.
– At the Counter of the Municipal Registry Office
You may also request this document in person by visiting the counter of the competent office of the Municipality of Druento.
To verify the office’s opening hours and whether an appointment is required for access, we recommend contacting the office.
– Via Mail and/or Courier
The Municipality of Druento may also issue the AIRE Residence Certificate via mail and/or courier.
To verify this, it is necessary to contact the competent Municipal office beforehand to determine if the document can also be issued in this manner.
The issuance of an AIRE Residence Certificate requires a € 16.00 revenue stamp, except in specific cases of exemption provided by law. Furthermore, the Municipality of Druento may charge administrative fees for processing requests.
In the case of requests sent by mail or courier, the shipping cost must be covered.
AIRE Residence Certificates requested via the ANPR portal are issued immediately.
Those requested at the counter of the Municipal Registry Office are issued immediately, unless otherwise specified by the official at the time the request is submitted.
If requested via email and Certified Electronic Mail (PEC), they are usually issued within 30 days.
If the Municipality provides for issuance via mail or courier, the necessary time for the parcel to reach its destination must be added to the issuance times.
